Maintenance Agreement for whole home

Service Description

This agreement covers 3 years of maintenance service for cleaning carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, dryer vents, mattresses each year and 1 additional touch up service. Floorida'Steam will clean once each year (between month 11 and 13 since last service) for maintaining . Carpets will be cleaned at least once each year and sanitizer applied every other cleaning. Upholstery will be cleaned as needed depending on household. Tile and grout will be cleaned Carpet 12 months Upholstery 12 months Tile and Grout 18 months Dryer Vent 12 months The minimum service call amount will always apply for any service.
